30 Day Shred!

Well it now begins The Chronicles of Sunny and her 30 day shred! jillian michaels will be my own personal trainer! I have stated one day of her video and man let me just say im so sore today! Tomorrow will hopefully be better. I'm hoping to lose at least ten pounds. The last time i did the shred i lost 12 pounds so i have full faith in this. I've desided that only hard work and dedication is going to get me where i want to be not, some stupid fad diet.This will be way easier then the HCG diet! Well wish me good luck! I'm off to shred. =)
